Returns & Cancellations
We put a lot of care into crafting and safely delivering your art. Since each piece is made to order, we begin production only after your order is placed. Because of this, returns or refunds are offered only in special cases.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, we begin processing and cannot accommodate cancellations.
Returns / Refunds
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.*
