Shipping policy

Rolled Art : 4 - 6 Days 

Framed Art : 5 - 9 Days

Since everything is made to order, we start working on your art once you place the order. 

We ship to most locations in India (Bar a few zip-codes that we are trying to ship to as soon as we can).

While we are working with some of the best logistics providers in the Country, COVID is still at large and a lot of strict measures have been placed on Shipping & Transport. So while we will do our very best to get you, your order on time. There might be some delays in your order.

For limited time only we are offering free shipping on all orders.

All Shipping charges can be seen on checkout, & these charges include shipping, packaging and handling charges

We charge shipping based on the total weight of your product. You will see the total shipping cost on checkout. We assure you that are charges are very reasonable and they mainly go towards the cost of transport, packaging and handling your fine art.

We take the utmost care in packing your order. A lot of effort goes into printing & Framing your art because of which we take even more care packing your order. 


All our unframed art are carefully rolled onto thin tissue papers. They are then wrapped in fine art butter paper to keep the art safe from harm. They are then placed in our branded Kraft tubes and packed securely for shipping.


The art is first printed and then carefully wrapped on framed by our talented frame team. Once framed, all corners of the art is then secured with protective cardboard triangles. After which the art is wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap, securely covering every square inch of the art. It is then wrapped with a layer of butter paper and finally secured tightly in our shipping boxes.

Currently our production center is located in Chennai, India. We are working towards opening more centers all over India to make our products even easier to access for everyone. 

Returns and exchanges

We start working on your art only after you make the order. This is to make sure that your art is fresh and special to you. It is because of this that we cannot accept cancellations of your order. 

But if you do decide to change your mind. Contact us within 1 hour of your purchase and we will cancel and refund the money back to you.

As mentioned before, all the art goes under production once you make the order. A lot of care goes into making sure your order reaches you safely and securely. We also run personal quality tests for all the art before it leaves our Warehouse. 

But if for some reason your art reaches you damaged or the wrong item was shipped to you. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will take it from there.

- You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product. All sales after the 48 hour window has passed are final.

- For the exchange to be processed, the product must be returned unused & in the same condition you received it in.

ii) Please mention the reasons for return / exchange

iii) Please include photos of the product in question 

On receiving your request we will go through it and if everything checks out we will initiate a refund/exchange as per your requirement.

Please note we will only accept returns on products that were damaged during shipment / has a defect / if your received the wrong product. Any returns because of damage done by the buyer cannot be issued.

- There is a Defect in the product.

- The wrong item was sent to you by mistake.
