Every Nook print is made to order. Your art is produced fresh once your order is placed — which means it's made specifically for you, and cannot be returned or exchanged. We think that's worth knowing upfront.
Shipping Policy
All our prints are made to order — your piece is produced fresh once your order is confirmed. Processing and production typically takes 3–5 working days before your order is dispatched.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Metro cities — 5–7 working days
- Non-metro & smaller towns — 7–10 working days
These are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier availability. You'll receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

The courier assigned to your order depends on your delivery location and what ensures the safest transit for your art.
Yes — we offer free shipping on all orders above ₹2,990 across India. Shipping charges for orders below this threshold will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
At the moment we only ship within India. We're working on international shipping and hope to have it available soon. If you're based outside India and interested in an order, feel free to reach out to us at hello@nookatyou.com and we'll see what we can do.
We take packaging seriously. Every order is packed with protective materials designed specifically for art — rolled prints go in sturdy tubes, and framed prints are wrapped and boxed to withstand the journey. Our 99.78% damage-free delivery rate is something we're very proud of.
Cancellations
Cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of placing your order. After this window, production of your print begins and we are unable to cancel.
To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at hello@nookatyou.com or WhatsApp us at +91 73587 92364 with your order number.
Because every Nook print is made to order — your piece goes into production almost immediately after your order is confirmed. Once production begins, materials have been allocated and work has started specifically for your order, which is why we cannot accommodate cancellations beyond this window.
Returns & Replacements
We do not accept returns. Since every print is made fresh to order specifically for you, it cannot be restocked or resold — which means we're unable to offer a standard return policy.
We strongly encourage reviewing your order details carefully before placing it. If you have any questions about a product before purchasing, reach out to us at hello@nookatyou.com and we'll be happy to help.
While we pack every order with great care, damage in transit can occasionally happen. If your order arrives damaged, here's what to do:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Email us at hello@nookatyou.com with your order number
- Share clear photos of the damage — the art, the packaging, and any visible impact points
Once we've reviewed the photos and confirmed the damage, we will replace the same artwork at no cost to you. Please note that replacements are for the same piece only — we are not able to substitute a different artwork.
We do not offer exchanges. Each print is made to order exclusively for you, so swapping one piece for another is not possible once production has begun. If you're unsure about a piece before ordering, we're always happy to help — reach out at hello@nookatyou.com.
If you've received an incorrect item, please contact us at hello@nookatyou.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll investigate and resolve it promptly.
