FAQs
Yes — the art is yours to keep. There's no return or exchange required. We gift it to you with the hope that it finds a permanent home in a space you love.
Once selected, we'll work with you to finalise the piece — taking into account your space, your aesthetic, and our current collection. You'll have input on style and size, and we'll confirm the final piece before shipping.
We look for creators with 5,000+ followers on Instagram. That said, follower count is just one signal — engagement, aesthetic, and audience quality matter more to us than a large but inactive following.
We ask that you post your Reel within 30 days of receiving the art. This gives you enough time to style, shoot, and edit on your own schedule — without rushing the creative process.
We'd love your Reel to capture two moments — the unboxing (we pack with a lot of care and it shows), and the art styled in your space, properly hung and in its environment. Natural light, genuine caption, tagged @nookatyou. No scripts — just your honest reaction and your space.
