Custom and Personalized Orders

Certain products, including but not limited to custom star maps custom street maps personalized artwork with specific dates, locations, or text, require mockup approval before production.

For custom and personalized orders, the following cancellation and modification policy applies:

• Before Mockup Approval: Orders may be cancelled or modified free of charge during the mockup review stage. Customers will receive a digital mockup for approval before production begins.
• After Mockup Approval: Once the customer approves the mockup, the order immediately enters production and cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances except for manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
• Customer Responsibility: Customers are solely responsible for the accuracy of all personalization details provided, including but not limited to dates, coordinates, names, text, and spelling. We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided information. Please review all details carefully before approving the mockup.

We reserve the right to refuse custom orders that contain inappropriate, offensive, copyrighted, or unlawful content without authorization. Custom orders typically require additional production time beyond standard products.

Shipping, Delivery and Damage

All products are made-to-order and produced after purchase confirmation. Standard orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Custom or personalized items may require additional production time, which will be communicated at the time of order.

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, natural disasters, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

All products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. In the event that an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence showing the damage and packaging. We will arrange for a free replacement or issue credit for the damaged item at our discretion.

Failure to report damage within 48 hours of delivery will result in forfeiture of the damage claim. Claims submitted after this window will not be honored.

Risk of loss and title for all products pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. However, we maintain responsibility for damage claims during transit when reported within the specified timeframe with proper documentation.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes may be accommodated if requested before shipment processing begins.

No Returns and No Refunds Policy

All products are made-to-order and produced specifically for each customer after purchase. As such, we do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances except as explicitly stated below.

No Returns: Due to the custom nature of our production process, all sales are final. We do not accept returns of any products including but not limited to canvas prints, framed artwork, posters, or personalized items.

No Refunds: We do not issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, color preference changes, or any other reason after an order has been placed and production has begun.

Exceptions - Defects and Damage Only: We will provide a replacement or issue credit only in the following circumstances:

• Manufacturing defects (misprints, color errors, production faults)
• Damage during shipping (reported within 48 hours with photographic evidence)
• Incorrect product shipped (wrong item sent)

To claim a defect or damage exception, customers must contact us at hello@nookatyou.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the defect or damage and the original packaging. We reserve the right to verify all damage and defect claims. Approved claims will receive a replacement product; refunds will not be issued.

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all product details, sizes, customization information, and order specifications before completing purchase. We are not responsible for customer errors in product selection, size choice, or personalization details.

This no-returns, no-refunds policy applies to all products including standard, custom, and personalized items. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors without authorization.

You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Intellectual Property and Artwork Licensing
