Are these prints or paintings?
All artworks are high-quality fine art prints. Many pieces are originally handmade by the artist and professionally scanned to preserve every detail.
What is rolled art?
Rolled art is delivered unstretched and unframed, packed securely in a tube. Canvas rolled can be framed traditionally. If you'd like it gallery-wrapped, please contact us – this requires custom stretching at an additional cost.
Does the frame include glass?
Framed matte and luster prints include protective acrylic (plexiglass). Canvas does not include glazing, as fabric needs to breathe.
How long does shipping take?
Production takes 3-5 business days as each piece is made to order. Shipping within India takes 5-8 business days. Total time: 8-12 working days from order to your door.
Will colors match what I see on screen?
We use professional color calibration, but screens vary. Colors are typically 90-95% accurate. We use museum-quality inks for the most accurate reproduction possible. For critical color matching, contact us for a material swatch.
How do I care for my print?
Avoid direct sunlight and high humidity. Dust gently with a soft cloth. For framed pieces, clean glass with standard cleaner (don't spray directly on frame). Canvas prints can last 100+ years with proper care.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Contact us within 2 hours of ordering via WhatsApp and we can usually accommodate changes. Once production starts, we can't modify orders as each piece is custom-made for you.
How is it packaged?
Each piece is securely packed and protected to ensure safe delivery.
